The Shang Tsung Mixtape

The Shang Tsung Mixtape is a mixtape I wanted to do for a while now. I always had an affinity for the character Shang Tsung (from Mortal Kombat), especially for his abilities. He's a fighter that uses other fighter's styles against them. In hip-hop today, too many of our artist are too up-tight, and extremely over self-conscience. This mixtape is a "tongue-in-cheek" approach to rap artist, the mixtape circuit, and hip-hop in general. The statements made in the songs on the mixtape shows a wide variety of lyrical expression by Critikal Mass. Some songs were done just for the love of "The Culture", others were done just to demonstrate our lyrical prowess.

The character Shang Tsung, is notably known for taking the souls of his defeated opponents, and all though we're not "literally" attempting to steal souls, we are making it clear, that the so-called soul some these artist claim to put into their songs arent as hard to take,imitate, and so forth.
Before you make some "swagger-jacking" remarks, lets be clear... We are not biting styles, flows, etc. We are simply showing you(the listener), how easy it is to do the simple shit you get flooded with on a day to day.
